Sales Strategy Intern

Job Responsibilites

As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will develop and implement strategies to address competition and adapt to client preferences while leveraging technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide, communicate, and implement strategies to address competition, changes in client preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools, maintain a competitive market knowledge, conduct research to understand trends and opportunities
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling, responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, provide further insight into the firm's overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses
  • Responsible for building appropriate external and internal client-facing materials, joining meetings with clients/investors/partners, tracking the progress to make sure timely delivery
  • Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the projects, responsible for project delivery both internally and to external parties This includes working within an aggressive timeline and driving to the completion of process generation, user documentation, blended learning plans, etc.
  • Carefully track exceptions and build processes to accommodate and prepare the line of business with processes and documentation to manage the change long term. Perform additional job duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Academic background from Economics, Finance, Bus Info System, Fintech or any other business related disciplines. GPA over 3.5 (out of 4.3 ) or equivalent
  • Currently year 3 or year 4 undergraduate or postgraduate students who are able to dedicate to a 8 weeks internship duration
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese. (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred due to the market focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, alternatively, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Interests to learn about and to collaborate with Finance institutions, Product Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Legal teams
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation, dedicated, hardworking who can deliver on time under pressure with attention to details and quality standard
