Job responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, systems and procedures.
  • Organize on-boarding arrangements for new joiners and in charge of general office management to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Help organize and clean up HR files, handbooks, and policies.
  • Conduct research and plan execution of people engagement activities and training and development.
  • Provide ad-hoc, strategic and tactical support on ongoing HR projects.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and follow-up.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, international and entrepreneurial environment is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Available for 6-8 weeks commitment, flexible working hours.
