Job responsibilities
We seek a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our Dynamic Wealth Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Business and Technology, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and Document Requirements: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to gain insights into business performance and identify trends.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and features to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating complex technical information.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wealth management technology platforms and systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
